1. Introduction and scope

OmsetPro is operated by PT OMSETPRO DIGITAL INDONESIA, an Indonesian company (“OmsetPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to the OmsetPro website at omsetpro.xyzand the interfaces and services made available through it.

OmsetPro is an Arc-native, peer-to-peer platform for physical item lending agreements. Some activity occurs through public blockchains and independently operated services. This Policy distinguishes information handled by OmsetPro from information processed by those third parties. It does not govern a third party's own website, wallet, network, or service.

2. Information involved when you use OmsetPro

Information you submit

Depending on how you use the service, you may submit an item name, an item metadata URI, participant wallet addresses, deposit amount, deadlines and response periods, a return-proof URI, a claim amount, and a claim-evidence URI. You choose what the linked resources contain and where they are hosted. Do not include personal or confidential information in an onchain field or linked resource unless you understand that it may become permanently public.

If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and your contact details. OmsetPro does not ask for a private key, seed phrase, or wallet recovery secret.

Wallet and blockchain information

When you connect a wallet, the interface processes the public wallet address, connected network, balances needed for the displayed service, transaction requests, transaction hashes, and relevant smart-contract events and agreement records. The interface uses this information to show your agreements and balances and to prepare transactions that you choose whether to sign in your wallet.

Authentication and account information

OmsetPro uses Privy for authentication and wallet connectivity. The current interface supports sign-in with Google, X/Twitter, or an EVM wallet and may offer an embedded wallet to a user who does not already have one. Privy and the selected login provider process authentication information under their own terms and privacy policies. The OmsetPro interface uses authentication status and connected-wallet information; it does not receive your social-account password.

Technical information

When you access a web service, ordinary request information such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, timestamp, and error or security signals may be processed to deliver and protect the service. Wallet providers, Privy, RPC providers, blockchain explorers, and other infrastructure providers may separately receive comparable technical information when your browser communicates with them. Their handling is controlled by their own policies.

3. Public blockchain data

Arc Mainnet is a public blockchain. Agreement data and actions submitted to the OmsetPro smart contract can be publicly visible, including wallet addresses, roles, item names, metadata or evidence URIs, deposit and claim amounts, deadlines, status changes, transaction hashes, and the resulting allocation of the security deposit. Public data may be read, copied, indexed, or analyzed by anyone and may reveal connections between transactions or addresses.

Blockchain records are not deletable by OmsetPro.

Confirmed public blockchain records generally cannot be edited, withdrawn, or erased. OmsetPro cannot delete an Arc transaction or remove data already written to the network, even if you later exercise a privacy right concerning information held elsewhere.

4. How and why information is used

Where applicable, information is used to:

  • operate, display, maintain, and secure the website and interface;
  • authenticate users and connect the wallet they select;
  • read agreement state and help users prepare, sign, and submit user-authorized transactions;
  • provide support, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot errors;
  • prevent misuse and protect users, the service, and its integrity;
  • comply with applicable law and valid legal requests; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The operational or legal reason for processing depends on the context and applicable law. It may include providing a service you request, taking steps at your request, our legitimate operational and security interests, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required. We do not claim that every legal basis applies in every jurisdiction.

5. Service providers and third-party integrations

OmsetPro relies on independent services to provide parts of the user experience. Those services may process information as our provider, as an independent controller, or both, depending on the service and law.

Privy and wallet providers

Privy supplies authentication, wallet connection, and embedded-wallet functionality. External wallet applications and connection protocols process wallet activity independently. Wallets remain user-controlled: transaction approval occurs through the selected wallet, and OmsetPro does not receive a user's private key or seed phrase. Each provider determines its own data practices under its policies.

Circle USDC, CCTP V2, and Bridge Kit

The bridge interface uses Circle Bridge Kit to help users initiate native USDC transfers over Circle's Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP V2) on supported networks. Transfer details, wallet addresses, amounts, approvals, burns, attestations, mints, transaction hashes, and related requests may be processed by Circle services and relevant blockchain infrastructure. Circle operates those services independently under its own terms and policies. Circle does not operate or endorse OmsetPro, and OmsetPro does not control Circle's processing or CCTP transfers.

Arc Mainnet and blockchain infrastructure

The core protocol operates on Arc Mainnet. Your browser may communicate with an Arc RPC endpoint to read network data and broadcast signed transactions, and links may take you to the Arc Explorer. Validators, node or RPC operators, explorers, and other network participants process public transaction and technical data independently. OmsetPro does not control the Arc network or these independent participants.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The current OmsetPro application does not implement first-party advertising or analytics cookies. Authentication, wallet, and connection providers integrated into the application may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies to maintain a session, remember a connection, prevent fraud, or operate their service. Those technologies are controlled by the relevant provider and may be managed through your browser or provider settings. Blocking necessary storage may prevent authentication or wallet features from working.

7. Data retention and security

Retention

OmsetPro retains information it controls only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, to address support or security matters, to meet legal obligations, or to establish or defend claims. Retention periods vary with the information and context. Public blockchain records may persist indefinitely, and third parties apply their own retention practices.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information and service. No website, wallet, smart contract, blockchain, or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your device, login methods, wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and recovery methods, and for verifying transaction details before signing.

8. Cross-border processing

OmsetPro is operated from Indonesia. Because blockchain networks and the providers described above are distributed or operate internationally, information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection rules. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer controlled by OmsetPro, we will use an appropriate lawful mechanism.

9. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to ask whether we process personal information about you and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a portable copy. These rights are not absolute. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

To make a request concerning information controlled by OmsetPro, email sakuri@omsetpro.xyz. Requests concerning Privy, a social-login provider, a wallet, Circle, an RPC provider, an explorer, or another third party should be directed to that provider. OmsetPro cannot correct or delete confirmed public blockchain records.

10. Children and minors

OmsetPro is not directed to children or to anyone who lacks legal capacity to use the service. Do not use OmsetPro if you are below the age at which you may enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal information to OmsetPro outside the public blockchain, contact us so we can review the matter.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the service, technology, law, or our practices. We will publish the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website where appropriate.
